Mrs. Keener was born in Hanover July 21, 1935, daughter of the late Clair and Mary (Haven) Spangler. 

Norma Jean worked in the meat department of the former Weis Market (West York) retiring after 20+ years of service.  She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, York.

 Survivors include two sons, Terry Sell and his wife, Cathy of York, Rick Sell and his wife, Valerie of DE; two stepchildren, Tamra Habbershon of Red Lion and Chad Keener and his wife, Christine of TN; four grandchildren, Ryan Sell and his wife, Deanna and Corey Sell and his wife, Emily, Christina King and Carrie Pulley; five step grandchildren, Megan Habbershon, Jordon Habbershon and his wife, Christine, Eli, Sophie, and Ella Keener; great grandchildren, Hali, Ashton, Marlaina, Ellie and Molly Sell, Madison and Natalie Nelson and Chloe Pulley. She was preceded in death by a brother, Marvin Spangler.

 There will be a funeral service 11 a.m. Monday, July 24, 2023, at the LeRoy R. Leber Funeral Home, 2290 School St., York (Shiloh). A graveside service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2023, in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Please meet at the main entrance of the cemetery, 250 Chestnut Hill Rd., York, PA 17402 at 9:45 a.m. we will precede to the grave site together. Her Pastor, Rich Hall will be officiating at both services.
